What's New on HO?

WHATSUP.DOC: If you visit here often - and if you don't, you really ought to, you know - this page will point you toward our most recent updates and newest news. This is the place to drop by to see what we've been up to here on web-ho.com ... or to see if we haven't been up to anything lately (yes, our butts fuse to the chairs too). Of course, we tinker constantly with the site in small, cosmetic ways; this list reflects major changes.

What's new on March 10th, 2003: That durn groundhog. When is this winter going to end? Updated the front page with Punker the Kitten, the tough street-smart Cattitude logo of the Switchblade Kittens, and with the cover of our new Marwood EP, Radio Personalities, which was released - yep, with great rejoicing all right - to a deliriously happy sold out show at Pianos on February 28th. Click that link to buy Radio Personalities, which is a very limited edition release; it's the first of our Home Office SQUIRT™ series of hand-made numbered editions. Kind of like buying art, eh? Remember when music used to be art? Oh, pinch me, I'm raving.

What's new on February 9th, 2003: This chair sure gets sticky sometimes! A busy day today, full of good news. We announced our recent joining of the ways with Los Angeles' extreme-pop sugar-punk Kool Kats the Switchblade Kittens, a band we've been loving hither and yonther for a couple of years now. Watch for their West Coast dates on this summer's Vans WARPED Tour: six busy shows from Seattle to San Diego! There was much rejoicing.
The first Home Office release by Marwood is upcoming: on February 28th we'll put out a boutique hand-made limited edition SQUIRT™ EP of superb bits and pieces and odds and sods from the Marwood musical diaries. Meantime, Marwood plays the Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg, PA on Valentines Day, to keep the fires burning.
Removed dusty crusty out-of-date What's New section items, all the while muttering comments under breath about "What's Old mumble mumble mumble." Though we'll miss the witty repartee about the Melissa virus. Remember that one?

What's new on September 10th, 2002: Okay okay, our butts fused to the chairs. So shoot us. This page was neglected for a year or so. We're back now. On this day (woo hoo!) we signed the indubitable Marwood, a New York band via L.A. and London. There was much rejoicing. While we build their web pages here at Home Office Records, the band's own tasteful site will serve for news and chitchat.
